Anne Katrine Senstad is a native of Norway, born in Singapore and now living in New York. Her works are as diverse and rich as her cultural background.Her work is at the multidisciplinary intersection of installation art, photography, neon sculpture, optical environment and earth art.Concerned with the sensory phenomena of space, light, color and sound, senstad often creates works about social intervention in the public sphere.At the same time, her works are poetic and critical, referring to ethics, literature and philosophy.
